Booking terms and policies

• 🐾 Initial vaccinations must have been completed at least two weeks before drop-off
• 🐾 Booster vaccinations must be valid for the whole of your cat's stay plus 7 days.
• 🐾 We need a copy of an up to date vaccination record which can either be emailed to us or we can take a copy when you drop your cat off. Our copy must be updated after each booster vaccination.
• 🐾 Cats must be treated for fleas and worms prior to their stay.
• 🐾 Male cats over 6 months old must be neutered.
• 🐾 A 25% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
• 🐾 Cancellations within 7 days of the booking will attract a full charge for the duration of the booked stay.
• 🐾 There are no refunds for late arrivals, early collections or no-shows.
• 🐾 We charge for the full day of arrival and departure, regardless of the time.

🍽️ Feeding

We stock Whiskas dry food and Felix and Whiskas wet food. If you would prefer your cat to eat their usual food then please bring sufficient supplies for their stay. You are welcome to bring treats for your cat.

🚪 Arrivals and departures

• 🐾 Drop-off and collection times are strictly by appointment only.
• 🐾 Please transport your cat in a secure, suitable pet carrier.
• 🐾 Rates are charged per day boarded.
